THE FACILITY
The infamous secret government black site is overrun by those infected with the nanotechnology or even worse.
Challenge yourself in a race against the clock to find your way throughout the facility maze of hallways, rooms, corridors and much more to escape. Get to safety at all costs and get your rewards.
THE STORY
Deep in the Rockies lies a massive black site simply known as “The Facility”, a government-contracted think tank consisting of the best and brightest. Their goal is to study a broad spectrum of cybernetics, psychological warfare, supernatural phenomenon, all sorts of questionable ethics and practices being disguised as for the greater good of humanity’s development, evolution and secrets to the human condition.
The Scepter program was originally conceived by a graduate student, Isaac Evans, and later developed by Stanford. But somewhere, the project took a darker turn and its aftermath is spilling out of control. Chaos has come to the research facility - the alarm goes off, the test subjects, in all forms of horror and disturbing abominations, escape their holdings and are running free throughout the facility.
You, the player, must navigate the corridors quickly and face ultimate survival to ensure their safe escape by any means necessary. Move through the different levels and advance to other sections of the facility, where unknown environments can be your salvation or your imminent death. Look out for shortcuts, weapons, signal blocker, rewards and the occasional maintenance man intervention to give you a leg up in your cause to survive.
NAVIGATE THE HORRORS
MEMORIZE
View the route overhead at the beginning of each level. Plan your strategy well.
EVADE
Maintain your composure against unearthly screams. Avoid the unspeakable horrors chasing you from behind as you dash through the corridors.
DISCOVER
Find hidden passageways. Look for discarded tools to aid in your journey. Obtain information on what caused the deadly breach.
ESCAPE
Make it to the exit and secure your freedom.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
LAB TECH
One of the faculty members overseeing all developments at the Facility. Equally nimble and quick witted, you have direct access to multiple machine operating panels and technology scattered throughout the structure.
SECURITY GUARD
You are the brawn of the Facility and responsible for maintaining order. However, the situation has collapsed into utter anarchy and you must safeguard your own life. Though slower to move, your bulk and fortitude make it tougher to keep you down. Your sheer physical power can break down doors and obstacles.
MAINTENANCE CREW
You have the unenviable job of keeping the machine well oiled and scrubbed - literally. Your job requires access to worker shafts for quicker movement around the compound. They also make more efficient use of tools and machinery.
ADMIN ASSISTANT
With full access to the Facility, they are able to open all doors with ease. They are, however, the least equipped to handle the myriad of horrors unleashed.
